This treatment uses no oil, it is a dry treatment. It involves deep tissue therapeutic massage using pressure points combined with gentle kneading and stretching techniques to reduce stress and muscle aches. It helps you relax and awaken your bodies natural energy flow.

AROMATIC THAI THERAPY

This massage combines both Thai and Western massage styles, and uses a combination of soothing aromatic oils and gentle kneading techniques to help leaving your body feel relaxed and refreshed. This pressure point massage is effective for relieving tension and muscular pain.

AROMATHERAPY RELAXATION

This gentle therapeutic massage is a Swedish style massage perfect for relieving muscle tension, and creating a sense of relaxation and wellbeing. The scent of aromatherapy oils help soothe both body and soul to create a calm state of mind.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE

Foot reflexology can sooth and ease swollen feet and sore legs. It consists of compression on reflexive zones to stimulate points of the foot affecting internal organs, glands and specific areas of affliction.

(Available for 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions)

HEAD, NECK AND SHOULDER MASSAGE

This massage releases stress on your head, neck and shoulders. Using essential oils combined with deep tissue techniques to relax tension filled areas.

SPORT MASSAGE

Our Sports massage is great for sore muscles after sports or exercise. Problem areas can be pointed out to your therapist who can then adjust the massage to remedy these areas to enhance recovery.

PREGNANCY TREATMENT

Alleviates the extra tension in the muscular and skeletal systems caused extensive body changes, hormones, and a shift in your centre of gravity. This massage reduces peripheral swelling, helps insomnia & reduces leg & back pain.

We offer this treatment to women in their second and third trimester only, and recommend consulting your doctor before booking.

COCONUT THERAPY

This treatment uses warm coconut oil to reduce tension and leave your body feeling total relaxed and hydrated. It helps to nourish and repair your skin and is suitable for very dry skin types.

TIGER BALM

An analgesic heat rub with essential oils designed to relieve muscle and joint pain. Helps with blood circulation, congestion, and has anti-inflammatory effects on chronic muscle tension. Perfect for enhancing your sports massage or deep tissue work.
